I would insert one of the biggest blogger/vlogger cliche of all time and say oh my god, I can't believe it's been a year [since I started my Master's degree]!! But I'll spare you on that front.
This was taken in pretty much one of the hottest days of the annual two-week summer that we have here in England. If I were to document all of the outfits that I wear everyday in a blog post, ideally, this day would be me, naked. Because it's that. Fucking. Hot.
My main, biggest issue with traveling is not knowing what to wear, or in this case, pack. I wasn't sure what clothes I should be packing because in my head I'm thinking "well.. it's July. It should be hot." but in reality, it could be hotter, it could be colder.
I share the outfits that I wore on a trip to Europe during the summer, and of course some tips and tricks that I have and have learnt from this trip!
After 9 years of blogging and changing URLs, I think we can all agree that it is time to settle, and finally be (a little bit more) consistent for once.
We all have those days where we just don't know what to wear (well, for me, this is most days of my life). This was an example of one of those many days. In this particular outfit, I seem to have combined ALL of the most basic of pieces that I pick up every single week. Wear them altogether, et voila, the solution to all your worries! You get the easiest, most effortless outfit.
The idea of visiting Camden was the inspiration behind this outfit. People in Camden are always so cool, individual, and usually that little bit more punky and hipster-y, dare I say. I’m honestly so bad at describing fashion styles. I know this outfit might seem a little different for me, but the thing is, this really is just another side of my style. I used to be much more daring with my style, and boots. Boots, boots, and boots. So honestly this outfit is a little bit of a throwback to me to how I used to dress up when I just moved to London.
And you know what?
June 14th, 1995, the girl on the picture above was born. Therefore her 21st birthday would be in 2016. But wait, isn't this February... 2017?!? I mean come on. This is me we're talking about here. Are you telling me that this is a surprise? Haha
I'm gonna let you in on a little blogger secret - we like to wear outfits twice because we didn't have the time or thought to shoot the outfit. Or maybe that's just me.
I don't even know why but I seem to always want to write about the weather when I write these blog posts... Probably because in London, you really have to dress for the incredibly unpredictable weather.
Phil and I (Phil again? What's new right) went to Tate Modern because sometimes we just feel like being cultured and artsy, ya know? Of course I wanted to dress for the occasion and came up with this pyjama-like concoction of an outfit.
Does the world need yet another review on Glossier? I don't think so. And I'm sure you would agree. But there is something about this brand that intrigued me (and thousands of other people) so much.
If you have been living under a rock (or just haven't been traveling on the Tube recently (or just didn't understand that ASOS is actually releasing a new makeup range too)), then you probably haven't heard that ASOS released their own makeup range! Well I'm here to test it out for you and show you some of the products in the form of a First Impressions video!
I think it's safe to say that the Maybelline Falsies is one of the most popular popular mascaras in the drugstore. Though I was not particularly impressed with the original formula, I was quite intrigued with this new one. Not gonna lie, solely because of its packaging.
